The conference will be held on December 7-9, 2017 in Osaka, Japan. You are invited to present at EITT2017 to share your findings with your peers, the professional practitioners and researches from various disciplines around the world. The first EITT conference was successfully held in Beijing, China during August 10-12, 2012. The second EITT took place in Williamsburg, Virginia, USA during November 4-6, 2013. The third was held in Brisbane, Australia during Oct. 27-30, 2014. The forth was held in Wuhan, China during Oct. 16-18, 2015, and the fifth was held in Tainan, Taiwan, China during Sep. 22-24, 2016.

Founded in 2003, the SICET is a non-political, and non-profit academic organization. The mission of SICET is to establish and strengthen international academic connections, exchanges, research, and studies in educational technology for teaching and learning, and to promote the application of educational technology in education.

Brad Hokanson is the president of AECT. He is a professor in Graphic Design at the University of Minnesota. He has a diverse academic record, including degrees in art, architecture, urban design, and received his Ph.D. in Instructional Technology. He teaches in the area of creative problem solving and has published research in the fields of creativity and educational technology. He also serves as the Buckman Professor of Design Education. He won the College of Design's award for Outstanding Teaching in 2008.

He has a diverse academic record, including degrees in art [Carleton], architecture [Minnesota], urban design [Harvard], and received his Ph.D. in Instructional Technology from the University of Minnesota.

He has recently completed research on the relationship between creativity and achievement in school children, comparing measured creativity with standardized achievement scores. He is now running his fourth massive online course on creativity for the University of Minnesota. Previous courses each enrolled over 52,000 learners. He has recently completed a book on developing creativity which is due out from Routledge in the summer of 2017.

He is the 2017 President of the Association of Educational Communication and Technology. Visits to Buenos Aires support his Argentine tango habit.

HAN Xibin received his doctorate in application of artificial intelligence into agricultural policy making at Beijing Agricultural Engineering University (currently called as China Agriculture University) in 1993. He studied as a visiting scholar at Virginia Tech and Stanford University in 2011.

His research interests focus on exploring the potential of ICT in learning, teaching and administration in higher education and vocational education since 2002. It involves theories, technology, strategies and evaluation on blended learning and online education. The research team with him at Tsinghua University consists of about 80 full-time faculties, researchers, postdoctoral scholars, doctorial and master’s degree graduates, whose educational backgrounds cover educational technology, information technology, communication science, art design, and educational evaluation and management sciences. In past 16 years the team has developed a series of software systems for e-learning that have been used in more than 500 Chinese universities and colleges.

He right now is an associate professor and associate dean of the Institute of Education at Tsinghua University. He serves as an associate editor of the Journal of Educational Technology Development and Exchange (JETDE). He is a member of expert team of UNESCO project: Building the Capacity of Higher Education Institutions in Asia-Pacific Area for Blended Learning.
